Common Questions
Will it strip my paint?
Soft washing is low pressure by design, which is what makes it safe on painted and stucco surfaces. Failing paint that is already lifting can come away, and if we see that we will tell you before starting.
Do you clean stucco?
Yes. Stucco holds growth in its texture, so it wants a cleaner that does the work rather than pressure that drives water into it.
How often does a house here need washing?
It depends on shade and how much moisture sits on the walls. A house under heavy tree cover will show growth again far sooner than one in the open.
