BLUE STREAM has been our "Go To Guys" since 2017. They are safety trained, meticulous in their preparation and protection of our landscape & shrubs, and they have never broken a tile while walking our roof. Perhaps even more important than that they use the low pressure system that doesn't damage the tiles. So many other cleaning companies will come in with a water blaster or sidewalk cleaning machine and use it on a tile roof. That's a recipe for damage and a shortened service life. It was for this exact reason that we first hired BLUE STREAM and they have consistently met our expectations every time. Hire them with confidence.

Although I ultimately did not use Jose’s services, he stood out as the only person—out of 22 calls—who truly listened to my needs. He made the effort to accommodate my request in his busy schedule for a property I was trying to close on, which required debris removal from the roof for an inspection. Rarely leave reviews but this company deserves it without a doubt! It was a big job, the railings, netting, deck, and gutters had years of built up. They're pricing is amazing, their communication is amazing, and even better their work is amazing. These are before and after photos so you can see for yourself!! Photos don't make the height of my lanai justice. He was able to get it all!!! I don't have after photos of the gutters (top view) but you can see how it's all cleared out from one of the after photos. Highly recommend!!

I was in need of house, walkway, and pool enclosure cleaning. I contacted Blue Stream they were able to fit me into their schedule within 2 weeks. Jose showed up and do a thorough job. Moving items I had missed and careful to avoid any cleaning contact with my plants. The house and pool look great!

Jose did a fantastic job on our house and driveway. The weather cut his job short but he offered to finish as soon as he could. He also offered to pressure wash our PVC fence too if we wanted. Excellent job, will definitely work with him in the future when needs arise.

We've got huge oak trees that drop leaves on our roof every year. I've had my roof cleaned by this company twice. The first time, they took the roof from a beat up mess (hadn't been cleaned for years) to a fabulous result that had our roof looking new (our neighbors literally asked "who replaced your roof?"). The next time, we had them clean it again for maintenance purposes. They were absolutely professional, timely, and communicated well. If you need a roof cleaning, you HAVE to use these folks.
