We've got huge oak trees that drop leaves on our roof every year. I've had my roof cleaned by this company twice. The first time, they took the roof from a beat up mess (hadn't been cleaned for years) to a fabulous result that had our roof looking new (our neighbors literally asked "who replaced your roof?"). The next time, we had them clean it again for maintenance purposes. They were absolutely professional, timely, and communicated well. If you need a roof cleaning, you HAVE to use these folks.

Rarely leave reviews but this company deserves it without a doubt! It was a big job, the railings, netting, deck, and gutters had years of built up. They're pricing is amazing, their communication is amazing, and even better their work is amazing. These are before and after photos so you can see for yourself!! Photos don't make the height of my lanai justice. He was able to get it all!!! I don't have after photos of the gutters (top view) but you can see how it's all cleared out from one of the after photos. Highly recommend!!

BLUE STREAM has been our "Go To Guys" since 2017. They are safety trained, meticulous in their preparation and protection of our landscape & shrubs, and they have never broken a tile while walking our roof. Perhaps even more important than that they use the low pressure system that doesn't damage the tiles. So many other cleaning companies will come in with a water blaster or sidewalk cleaning machine and use it on a tile roof. That's a recipe for damage and a shortened service life. It was for this exact reason that we first hired BLUE STREAM and they have consistently met our expectations every time. Hire them with confidence.

We are so pleased with the work that Jose and his crew did! Our backyard fence and pergola were very weathered and dirty, and they (as well as our driveway) now look amazing. Huge improvement to our home’s overall curb appeal!

They did an amazing job!! They did my house to prep for painting, my screen enclosure and my roof with soft wash. Everything look like new and I was shocked at how quickly they finished. I would 1000% recommend.

I have used Jose with Blue Stream 2 times to clean my roof and he does an excellent job! Jose goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. He took picutures of my gutters showing me that I had missing screens which I was not aware of. He communicates well and is punctual.

This is our second time using Jose (Blue Stream). He's done a fantastic job for us both times and I would highly recommend his services. The wall he pressure washed looks so much nicer that the paint actually looks new and vibrant again. Awesome job. They cleaned our roof that was black from fungus. It now looks like a new roof! On top of that they cleaned our sidewalks, driveway, lanai and fence in efficient manner. I highly recommend them for any of your pressure cleaning and roof cleaning.
